CNTI Progress is the Russian largest short-term vocational training center for managers and specialists from all sectors of the economy, cultural institutions, educational and medical spheres, sports and services. Annually CNTI Progress runs more than 1,500 seminars and training courses.

History and development of CNTI Progress

2014 CNTI Progress today:
  • 20 000 managers and specialists are being trained at seminars and trainings annually;
  • more than 180 public, corporate and international seminars and trainings on 50 different thematic areas are held on a monthly basis;
  • more than 9000 companies, leaders of the modern economy of Russia and the CIS, who repose the trust of training of their employees in CNTI Progress.
2013 CNTI Progress passed through the audit of a quality management system at TÜV SÜD (Munich, Germany) and received ISO 9001:2008 certificate.
2012 CNTI Progress has launched a new format of education - active business trainings.
2011 The first webinar under the theme "Contractual work management. Building relationships with contractors" was held. During 2011 year more than 200 managers and specialists were trained within E-learning format.
2008 CNTI Progress launched new branches in Moscow and Novosibirsk.
2005 CNTI Progress is the Russian largest training center for professionals in all industries, construction, healthcare, education, science, culture and social sphere. Managers and specialists from all regions of Russia and CIS countries are the participants of our educational programs.
2004 The company opened its own educational complex in the historical center of St. Petersburg. The total area of the complex is 3500 square meters.
2003 CNTI Progress offers training in the in-house format. During 2003 year 12 leading enterprises of the modern economy of Russia and CIS countries trained their staff with us under special customized in-house programs.
2001 The website www.cntiprogress.ru was launched.
1999 More than 60 trainings were held in St. Petersburg by CNTI Progress. The company launched a new direction – international seminars for Russian specialists.
1996 A short-term vocational training center CNTI Progress was founded.

The President of CNTI Progress

Dmitry Chudinov is the founder and undisputed leader of CNTI Progress group of companies for more than 18 years.

Thanks to his energy and non-trivial approaches to assigned tasks, Dmitry Chudinov managed to gather together a team of like-minded people. Owing to their efforts CNTI Progress holds leading positions in the market of vocational education and training of specialists and managers from different industries for years. In 2012 Dmitry Chudinov was nominated for the prestigious international award "Entrepreneur of the Year", established by "Ernst & Young".

For more than 20 years Dmitry Chudinov is personally involved into the activities of a public charity organization "Perspectivas". Mr. Chudinov was the first Russian donor of "Perspectivas" and then became the head of its’ supervisory board. "Perspectivas" patronize the wards of the orphanage № 4 in Pavlovsk and neuropsychiatric boarding № 3 in Peterhof. "We can not be indifferent to the fate of these children, - says Dmitry Chudinov - this is the area where we can invest your own power, energy, time...

I'm doing it so that my life has the meaning and the basis. Otherwise, the life turns into an empty formula." Such a sincere and responsible attitude pays off. For the period "Perspectivas" is working with these orphanages, the mortality of the wards with the most severe violations decreased significantly.

 

There is no doubt that the entire team of CNTI Progress supports the President in all charity projects. CNTI Progress group of companies won the nomination "Impact on Society" in the awards "Gazelle of Business 2012" among small and medium enterprises in St. Petersburg.

Dmitry Chudinov. Stage play "Captive spirits". In addition to business and social activities Dmitry Chudinov, as creative person, has lots of hobbies: photography, traveling, writing and performing his own music, participating in amateur theatrical productions.

Dmitry Chudinov is married and has three sons.

The portfolio of Dmitry Chudinov comprises photo albums ("Music of my soul on paper", 2002, "Life is a Miracle", 2006), a book of travel essays "Notes", CD "Mont Blanc" and "Let us be!", six theater pieces with his participation, that were created together with his friends on different occasions and at different venues.

 

Charity

CNTI Progress is a co-founder of charity organization "Perspectivas" and "Step towards", which are aimed at helping children with severe disabilities.

Dmitry Chudinov, the president of CNTI Progress group of companies, is a chairman of the supervisory board in these charity organizations.

There are three social programs at the moment:
"Pavlovsk" - a program to help children with severe impairments from the orphanage №4 in Pavlovsk.
"Peterhof" - a program to support children who have reached the age of 18 and were transferred from the orphanage №4 to neuropsychiatric boarding № 3 in Peterhof.

"Family Support" - a program to help families who have children with severe disabilities.

The main objective of participation in these projects is to promote the rights of disabled children and orphans, help them to develop, communicate, feel themselves free and respected, and to adapt and feel normal in the environment they live in.
